The breakfast was amazing, with fresh bread, honey, and pancakes. It was a great start to the day. The location of the hotel was ideal, in the heart of the city and close to all the main attractions.- The room was spacious and functional, with a beautiful enclosed stone shower cubicle.
The hotel felt a bit worn and could use some updating. The staff was not very attentive and didn't provide the level of service we expected.

Located in the heart of the bustling Kasbah, this riad offers a convenient location for exploring the city. Just a short walk from the main square, JamaElfna, guests can easily immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of Marrakesh. the rooms are spacious and functional, with impressive stone showers and comfortable beds. the friendly and attentive staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast served each morning is a delightful start to the day, with freshly baked bread and a variety of delicious options.
The riad can be challenging to find due to its location in a maze of narrow alleyways.

This hotel offers great value for money, with clean and tidy rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing assistance and making guests feel welcome. The location in the Kasbah allows for a more authentic experience of the local area. Additionally, the breakfast provided is simple but satisfying, with juice, coffee, bread, and jams available.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of work. the hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.
There were a few aspects of my experience that were disappointing. the breakfast options were very limited, with only a few basic items available.

The personal service and attention at this hotel was exceptional. The manager, Khalid, went above and beyond to make us feel at home and helped us with all our needs, including organizing excursions.
The only minor issue we encountered was the need for better sound insulation in the rooms. We could hear some noise from other guests, which could be slightly bothersome at times.
